For any category Returns will be accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, incomplete set or not same as described on the website. Kindly inform us of any issue by either sending an email to support@bharatbartanbhandar.com within 24 hours of delivery of the product. Replacement is subject to availability of stock. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.

For any short-shipment / missing parts / faulty parts, the particular part would be replaced as soon as possible.

Please send photographs of the items to support@bharatbartanbhandar.com to ascertain the reason for return.

Please return the package in the original packing including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories of the items.

Once a return request is authorized from our end, refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned product, provided goods are received in an acceptable condition. The mode of refund will be according to our policies.
